In the last twelve months movement has become so insanely important to me.
As someone who can constantly be in their head, movement in all forms gives me the space to think clearly and let go of any anxieties I’m feeing in that moment.
I like to mix it up and enjoy movement with both myself and others. Regardless what I do, every time the pure joy that emanates from my face afterwards is the reason I keep going back.
So whether it be yoga, barre, pilates, the gym, a walk outside with the pups, dancing in your living room or climbing a big tree, look to find movement in your day.
