There are places in the world where the land itself feels like a sanctuary.

In late May 2026, I’ll be travelling to Northern Portugal to co-guide Angels of the Whispering Stream — a five-night immersion beside flowing water, ancient forest paths, and the quiet presence of nature.

This retreat is not about escape.
It is about renewal.

Set in the verdant hills near Porto and Guimarães, at D’Alijo Yoga Retreat Centre, we will gather in stillness and beauty to reconnect with our inner radiance through yoga, crystal sound, forest bathing, swimming, and sacred practices.

There is something profoundly restorative about resting beside water, allowing sound and breath to soften the body and gently realign what has become scattered.
