Melanie has made it her mission to teach people how to use food as medicine to manage illness and heal disease. Known as a fermenting guru and gut health fanatic, Melanie has an in depth knowledge on gut disorders and how the gut relates to overall health. Having a young daughter diagnosed with type one diabetes sparked a burning passion for the field of metabolic health and autoimmunity. Melanie specialises in digestive health and cardiometabolic health, including diabetes, metabolic syndrome and weight loss.
