Practicing Yoga Here, There, Everywhere
Hello!
Yoga can be practiced everywhere, all the time. You don't even need your mat for that. The practice of yoga is reflected in the way you talk, in your attitude, in your outlook on things. Yoga is a lifestyle.
I teach yoga asana classes all over the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia, among others at the Sellicks Beach Chapel, Salt Yoga studio in Christies Beach, Kanti Yoga in Cumberland Park, Adelaide and McLaren Vale Spa Clubs. I regularly host workshops which are an opportunity for you to learn more about the broader, off-the-mat side of yoga.
You can often also find me in Bali, where I run yoga teacher training programs and yoga retreats, mostly from May to September.
With over 3.000 hours of teaching experience, mainly in Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga and Restorative yoga, to all levels, I feel like I'm still learning from my students and my own practice every day. I am also a health coach, ex-banker, ex-diving instructor, amateur blogger, foodie and white wine lover.
Living like global nomad for many years, long before the term digital nomad was coined, I emigrated to the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia in 2015. Life since is a compromise between eternal travels and blissful routine.
