5 years ago, Michele and I started All Types of Care Queensland with one simple goal — to do better.

We had both seen where the system was falling short, and we knew there had to be a higher standard of care.

What started as an idea has grown into a team supporting our community every single day.

It hasn’t always been easy — but every challenge has shaped who we are today.

To our team, our participants, and our community — thank you for trusting us.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come.

We’re just getting started.

🌍 Human Rights Day – 10 December 🌍
Today we recognise Human Rights Day and stand together in support of equality, dignity, and freedom for all.

This year’s theme reminds us that everyone deserves to live with respect, safety, and opportunity — no exceptions.

Let’s continue to uplift each other, speak up for fairness, and build a community where every person is valued.
✨ Human rights belong to every one of us. ✨

🌟 Meet Our Service Delivery Manager: Jincy 🌟
Role: Service Delivery Manager
With the Organisation Since: August 2025

About Jincy:
I began my career as a nurse after completing my nursing studies and later transitioned into broader roles within the health sector. Since 2005, I have worked across the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Australia in various health and disability organizations. For the past 11 years, I have held leadership positions, where I take pride in making a positive impact on both the community and my team.
My key strengths include a positive attitude, patience, and the ability to foster a cheerful and collaborative work environment. I am passionate about delivering quality care and supporting others, which brings me immense professional satisfaction.

What They Do:
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality care and support services for participants. Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting staff: Providing guidance, mentoring, and resources to frontline teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Overseeing service quality: Monitoring compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements to maintain excellence in service delivery.
• Ensuring participant outcomes: Coordinating individualized support plans and working closely with stakeholders to ensure participants receive the best possible care tailored to their needs.
This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and a strong commitment to person-centred care.

What They Love About Their Role:
I love my role because it allows me to make a real difference—supporting staff, ensuring high-quality services, and helping participants live their best lives. The satisfaction of seeing positive outcomes for individuals and the community is what drives me every day.

A Little More About Jincy:
I’m a true people person—I love connecting with others and leaving a positive mark, even if our time together is short. When I’m not working, you’ll find me with a book in hand, tending to my garden, or cooking up something delicious. I thrive on staying busy and chatting with people—if I had nothing to do or no one to talk to, I’d probably start putting holes in the walls just to keep myself entertained (just joking).

We’re grateful to have Jincy leading our service delivery team with dedication, compassion, and expertise. 💙

🌍 Today we join the global community in recognizing the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (3 December).

This year’s theme, “Fostering disability inclusive societies for advancing social progress,” reminds us that inclusion is not optional—it’s essential. Around the world, 1 in 6 people live with a disability, and many still face barriers to education, employment, and healthcare.

At All Types of Care Queensland, we are committed to creating a society where everyone has equal opportunities, dignity, and autonomy. Let’s work together to break down barriers and build a future that is inclusive for all.

💙 Inclusion drives progress. Together, we can make it happen.

🌍❤️ World AIDS Day – 1 December ❤️🌍

Today, we honour those living with HIV, remember the lives lost, and stand in solidarity with communities around the world.

World AIDS Day is a reminder of the importance of awareness, education, and compassion. Stigma remains one of the biggest barriers to people accessing testing, treatment, and support — and together, we can change that.

✨ Let’s continue to promote understanding
✨ Support those affected
✨ Encourage regular testing
✨ Work towards a future free from stigma and discrimination

🌟About Michele:
Michele brings over two decades of experience across nursing, family day care and foster care. She has a strong background in supporting families and vulnerable people, with a natural ability to lead with empathy and calm. Her strengths include quality care oversight, safeguarding, and building strong, person-centered teams.
