Job Title: Junior Receptionist (Entry-Level)
Location: All Types of Care Queensland
Employment Type: Part-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate start
💼 About the Role:
As our receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, staff, and visitors. You’ll gain valuable experience in a professional office setting, learning essential administrative and customer service skills.
🧩 Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
Manage bookings, emails, and basic office admin
Maintain a tidy and organised front desk area, kitchen & office space
Support staff with general administrative tasks

Has a friendly and positive attitude
Is punctual, reliable, and eager to learn
Has basic computer and communication skills
Is confident working in a team and independently
No prior experience needed – training provided!
