Proper contact lens care is vital for keeping your eyes healthy and your vision clear.

Here are some of our tips -
Always wash your hands before handling your lenses.
Clean and store your lenses as directed by your optometrist.
Avoid sleeping in your contact lenses...unless of course they're for OrthoK treatment.
Keep to the prescribed replacement schedule and don't overwear the lenses.
