Today 10th October 2025 is World Mental Health Day.

At Empowered Liveability we work hard to ensure that we are supportive of the mental health of our team through regular conversations, sharing mindfulness practices, and our annual team retreat where the focus is as much about team health and wellbeing as much as team productivity.

This year’s theme ‘Connect with your Community’ and Mental Health Australia explores how we all can help to support and improve our mental health as well as the mental health of the communities that we’re part of.
