I have a new online empowerment series starting at the end of the month.

Something I’m aware of is that there have been many people going through “The Tower” moments the past couple of years.

The Tower in tarot represents the crumbling of realities, and when you experience one it can feel like that everything you know is true is up for question, and everything you are standing on is being ripped out from beneath your feet.

Those moments are sometimes necessary for growth, but they can be a challenge.

So I have created a six week series for those that have had their “Tower” moment, be it a break up, ending of a job or something else.

Together we will clear the shock and trauma, purge the emotional responses and discover the gift in what has occurred.

My target is to be a space that allows you to rebirth yourself into whatever your being desires to be next.

Do you know what you want to create as your future?

Sometimes I ask my clients this and their response is “I don’t know”. 🤷‍♀️

If you are in the same boat it might be that you simply need to be in question “What future could I create that would light me up?” ✨😀

Or you may have some subconscious programs to shift to get a little clearer on what direction you want to head in…

If you are someone who is prone to people pleasing; making other people’s wants and needs more important than your own, or you have experienced a lot of gaslighting or abuse in your life it maybe that you have been entrained into believing that your desires don’t matter.

Do yourself a favour and make a commitment to changing that, break out of the mould of what the past has been and allow yourself to discover what is true for you beyond what you have concluded is your lot in life.

You have created the reality you are living (don’t hate me for saying it😆), and If you have created it a certain way there is a reason for it. 🤔

Subconsciously you might think it allows you to fit in, feel safe or maybe get you someone else’s approval…

Curiousity will allow you to realise what your agenda has been.

And when you get it, you can choose to change it. 🧙‍♀️

Today was a self care/play day.

I did yoga, made juice and soup, I channeled content for two upcoming classes I’m creating, and was then lucky enough to have two Unicorn children that wanted to practice Reiki with me after school.

Something that I’m prone to do is fixate on work to the degree that I can drop the ball sometimes with other areas of my life.

I grew up on a fair bit of land, as a kid we had goats, chickens, geese, dogs, ducks and lots of plants that required watering. There was always work to do and I was very aware of my parents stress regarding everything that was constantly unfinished. Work came before play and if you didn’t get enough done there was no play.

I’m grateful for what my parents choose regarding where I lived as a kid, it gave me a connection to the Earth that I think a lot of people miss out on, but that stress around not doing enough work is something that I’ve carried with me, or a younger version of me has for a long time and that is something I’m in the process of changing, so I’ve promised myself I will take more breaks to play and rest and and not try to force things.

A couple of weeks ago I talked to my “Create Your Reality Club” crew about the importance of acknowledging the younger versions of you that maybe stuck in some sort of freeze state waiting for help.

Rather than avoiding whatever energy they are carrying which creates you/them sabotaging your life what if you got present with them and looked at what they needed to be different?

And what if you then promised to yourself that you would gift to yourself what they required?

Creating from that space may actually include more of your energy working with you to create the future you desire.
