Pain between toes. Getting down to check between toes can pose a problem for many people. A regular podiatry appointment can prevent issues from rapidly deteriorating. Here a patient had only noticed minor pain while a sharp part of nail had made quite a hole in his toe. Diabetic wounds can lead to loss of toes or worse limbs. If you have Diabetes Mellitus please get annual foot checks with a podiatrist to assess your risk of these. Regular care with a podiatrist minimises the chance of long term complications.
