The subconscious mind watches 🧐🧐all our patterns of behaviour and when it sees you doing something habitually that is making you feel "good" or "better, 🥳" it takes it on and runs it on auto pilot for you.👍

WORKING THROUGH GRIEF 😪 DOESN'T HAVE TO BE HARD EMOTIONAL WORK😓.
