There is a lot of closing off, ending, break down, break through, finishing, burning down energy at the moment.
For many of us it can feel a little scary, sad, regretful, worrying, grief filled.. or whatever it feels for you.
And it may be all those things, but it’s also a Blessing, and an opportunity.
An opportunity for awareness, growth, moving forward, rebuilding, changing up, evolving.

Anything that is occurring only means what you make it mean. So choose to see opportunity, growth, blessing, learning and elevating.

If you aren’t sure what you are meant to see, learn or move towards, ASK!

When it feels as though life is getting harder, that everything around us is chaos, uncertain, and challenging, when resources may feel lacking or exhausted, it’s even more important to remember:
You are Never Alone.

Help, resources, support, guidance and opportunity are always available. You just need to ASK and then ACCEPT what is offered.

When someone offers you support, help, guidance or assistance and for whatever reason, you decline that offer - you are telling Universe : “No thank you, I don’t need anything, pass me by”.
You are literally blocking what you need.

No matter how big or small, ASK and ACCEPT.
Let Universe, your Spiritual team, all the Angels and Ascended Masters, show up for you, let other humans show up for you, and then you in turn, can show up for others 💚🩷🙏

I am loving the shift in energy that came through yesterday… oh my heavens!
I thought maybe it was just the intentional mind shift I chose to make (read - affirmations of sending love, joy, peace and calm to everyone).. then I realised.. I was matching the changing energy and it was manifesting in my actual day to day experience.

Moving through this planet as an energetic cosmic being means we are constantly absorbing and processing the energy around us.
We are constantly filtering other people’s energy (emotions, thoughts, behaviours). Whether we realise it or not, we are affected by ALL the energy around us.
Protecting our energetic space, our Aura is part of what we need to do daily to help us to move easier through the planet.

There is some seriously funky energy on the planet right now.. for so many different reasons..
Many people are feeling “just a bit off”.. like you’re unwell, but you’re not sick, could be allergy or hayfever… it’s not though.
It’s our physical being trying to process and move through what our planet is experiencing right now.
It shows up in different ways for all of us.

My guidance is super clear right now.
Do the work!
Be consistent with your daily practices.
Be intentional with your thoughts.
Check yourself and where your focus is, are you focusing on the negative, the fear? If so, move your attention!
Ground yourself! It’s imperative we remain grounded through this time.

If you are feeling particularly heavy or sluggish or in a funk, consider an energy healing to clear off all the crud, and balance out your luminosity, it’s amazing how you walk in low, and leave feeling lighter, energised and motivated 🩷💚🙏

Reiki and Energy Healing have far more benefits than you can put into a single meme.
When you accept and acknowledge that you are more than just a physical being, and you choose to work with your ENTIRE Being, your entire Luminosity.. everything changes!
You then start to live from a place of power, purpose and intention.

When fear, circumstances, hurts, disappointment or trauma control you or manage you, you are not working from your personal power.
Take it back.
It starts with awareness.
It starts with healing.
It starts with choice.

When you live a life taking personal responsibility and bringing everything back to “how am I showing up here?”, “how do I want to respond here?”, it’s easier to not be affected by what other people do or say.

Inner Peace 💚🩷🙏
It’s no accident when I created my Spiritual Development higher learning classes that I called it “Inner Peace Circle”.
It wasn’t meant to be a way to “learn all the spiritual tools” to get places quicker, or manifest better…
It was to support the understanding that when you realise you know nothing, then you understand everything.
When you detach from all the 3D monkey mind and all the unhelpful narratives, you detach from “attachment”… which causes so much of the pain and discomfort people feel.
When you meditate to experience silence, that’s when truth and clarity comes to play.
That’s when the world becomes easier to move through, regardless of circumstances are playing out.
💚🩷🙏

Same posture… but completely different minds...

One sits in meditation thinking about:
success, power, relationships, outcomes…
using spirituality as a tool to get more.

The other sits…
and simply watches the breath.
No chasing. No becoming. No needing.

Just awareness.

This is the subtle truth most people miss:

You can meditate…
and still be full of desire.

Or you can meditate…
and slowly let desire dissolve.

Buddhism doesn’t teach you to become more powerful,
more successful, or more “spiritual.”

It teaches you to become free.

Mindfulness meditation is not about escaping life…
it’s about seeing it clearly.

You sit.
You observe your breath.
You notice thoughts arise… and pass.
You feel emotions… without clinging or resisting.

And in that simple awareness, something shifts:

You realize—
you are not your thoughts.
You are not your cravings.
You are not your fears.

They come… and they go.

The more you practice:

• The less reactive you become
• The less attached you feel
• The more शांत (peaceful) your mind becomes

Not because life changed…
but because your relationship with it changed.

True awakening is not about adding more to yourself.
It’s about removing what disturbs your peace.

Not becoming special…
but becoming still.

So next time you sit in silence, ask yourself:

Am I meditating to gain something…
or to let everything unnecessary fall away?

That answer… is your path.
