Exciting news, Kelmscott Physiotherapy fam! We're thrilled to announce the return of our student practicum program! We host students for their final placements before graduation from Curtin University and also Notre Dame University! Starting Tuesday the 10th February, we'll be welcoming another talented physiotherapy student to our team for a five-week placement.
Our previous student programs have been a massive hit with our clients, and we're excited to bring this opportunity back after a month-long break. During their time with us, our students will offer one-hour appointments for just $40 – a fantastic chance for quality care at an unbeatable price!
Our patients will have access to expert care at a discounted rate, while our student gains valuable hands-on experience under the guidance of our seasoned professionals.

🌿 Farewell from Alana 🌿

After 5.5 incredible years at Kelmscott Physiotherapy, it's time for me to say goodbye as I head off on a new adventure in Albany.

A huge thank you to my amazing colleagues and clients for not only making this journey so special but also for putting up with my crazy shenanigans! From making up wild exercises to forcing you all to endure my out-there gym and hydro class ideas—SAS training, puzzles, volleyball chaos, and everything in between—it’s been an absolute blast.

I know I talk a lot (and loudly!), and I’ll definitely miss the daily banter—along with all the bullying from my clients (hahaha... joking! 😆). The friendships and memories I’ve made here will stay with me forever.

Next week will be my last week, so if you’d like to say farewell (or get one last workout in with me!), be sure to catch me before I go!

Thank you all for the laughs, the hard work, and the unforgettable moments. Keep moving, stay strong, and most importantly—have fun doing it! 💙🧡

📣 Farewell and Best Wishes, Zac!

Tomorrow, we say goodbye to Zac, who has been an incredible part of the Kelmscott Physiotherapy team for the past year. 🌟

Zac has been an excellent physio, providing outstanding care to his clients and bringing a positive energy to our clinic every day. While we’re sad to see him go, we’re excited for his next chapter as he pursues his dream of working in sports-related physiotherapy. 🏀⚽🏉

Zac, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and the many laughs along the way. You will be greatly missed by all of us here at Kelmscott Physio and, of course, by your clients.

🐾 The Pets of Kelmscott Make Their Debut
2024 marked the debut of the Pets of Kelmscott Physio! These furry friends brought joy and smiles, earning their place as beloved members of our extended family.

🎯 Fun and Fitness
Our gym classes were buzzing with creativity, featuring themes like “Around the World” and engaging puzzle-based workouts. Our over-55s and hydro classes impressed us with their energy, teamwork, and laughter throughout the year!

🌟 Staff Achievements
This year, our incredible team reached new heights! Ebony received a bravery award for her courageous actions, and both Zac and Peter celebrated academic excellence. Nancie returned from maternity leave, bringing her expertise and passion back to the clinic, and Ed showcased his mini-golf skills with two hole-in-ones at our Christmas party!

📚 Learning and Growth
From mentoring students to deepening our understanding of conditions, our team embraced every opportunity to grow and improve. Supporting clients further solidified our commitment to their success.

🎉 Team Celebrations
We wrapped up the year with a festive Christmas party at Masonmill, celebrating our wins and cherishing the moments that brought us closer as a team.

🎄Team Kelmscott Takes on Mini Golf! ⛳️

The Kelmscott Physio squad (plus our fabulous plus-ones!) hit Masonmill Cafe and Bar for our Annual Christmas Party, and what a night it was! Huge thanks to the Masonmill Cafe and Bar team for hosting us and making the night extra special!✨

🍻🍽️ Between mini golf, a delicious dinner, and plenty of laughs, the highlight was of course Ed showing off his golf pro skills with not one but TWO hole-in-ones! 🏌️👏 The rest of us gave it our best shot… let’s just say we’ll stick to rehab and fitness. 😅

A big shout out to our teammates who couldn’t join us - you were missed ❤️

To our amazing clients, thank you for your trust and support throughout the year. We’lol be operating right up to Christmas Eve to keep you moving and pain-feee, and ready for the holidays. 🎅✨
