Our most relaxing session of the week is getting a little “refresh” with a new name and style that captures the soft, nourishing vibe of what we’ve been enjoying recently.

Most importantly, this refresh provides the opportunity to explore extra restorative practices that do not fall into the traditional “yin yoga” category and will bring more value and nourishment to this amazing class!

Our Pilates Fusion class is growing and adapting 😍

Still very much grounded in traditional mat Pilates but now with a refreshing mix of low-impact functional movement to keep things dynamic, modern and fun.

You’ll activate deep core muscles, improve posture, stability and mobility while sculpting long, lean muscles!

🎉 Expect an effective 40 minute full-body burn, funky music and plenty of variety in this feel-good Pilates flow that’s both challenging and super supportive 🩵

Erin’s experience from our first reformer session together ✨…

“Slowness has become my favourite kind of strength 🥰 Pregnancy has invited me to move differently, not with intensity, but with intention.
Every stretch, every breath, every movement becomes a sacred ritual of listening 🙏 something I didn’t realise how much my body has been craving.

I don’t move anymore to change my body… or to prepare to “bounce back” ick.
I move to meet my body.
To honour its softness, its strength, and to get to know it in this season of my life, something I’ve never experienced.

This is the magic of presence and ritual 💛

Movement in pregnancy isn’t about doing more, It’s about doing it with more awareness.

A reminder:

Saturday mornings hit different when you’re surrounded by a community like this 🙌

⏰ While most of the world hits snooze, our crew shows up! Mats in hand, smiles on faces, ready to move 😁

💛 The energy, dedication to wellbeing and good vibes are what keep us all motivated… even when the winter chill makes staying in bed very tempting ❄️😉

Showing up for yourself is always celebrated but showing up to motivate each other has created the foundation of our incredible community.

It’s that connection that keeps us warm, moving and inspired through all 4 seasons ☀️🍂🌧️🌱

Why I still plan every class,
even after almost 10 years of teaching…

I know it’s not the most time efficient way but I truly value these things ⬇️

1️⃣ Variety – Without planning (and keeping track), it’s way too easy to accidentally repeat sequences, forget unique movements or get stuck in the same class themes.

2️⃣ Intentional Sequencing – Having a plan means everything has been “tried and tested” before I share it with you. Every transition, every movement, it’s all thoughtful and safe, but still fun and playful.

3️⃣ Continued Learning – Planning keeps me inspired to keep learning, researching, attending classes, and staying up-to-date with modern variations of Yoga and Pilates to share with you 🥰

*That’s not to say I never repeat plans, teach intuitively, or believe that set sequences are bad 😅

It does take extra effort to pre-plan but for me, it’s how I prefer to show up so that every single class feels as fresh and beneficial as it can be, for YOU 🩵
