A few weeks of overindulgence calls for a few weeks of cleansing!
It doesn’t get easier than with an undercover green smoothie!


1 cup of blueberries
1 avocado
1 good handful of spinach
1 good scoop of protein powder (Choc Sana blend-my choice!)
2 cups of water
1 high powered blender! (My choice the Thermomix!)
Blend 👏

Quick fix in my Thermomix??
With just 5 ingredients…
Raffaella coconut balls 🎉👏💃🏻

1 cup desiccated coconut
3/4 cup almond flour or oat flour
1/2 cup cashew butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoons maple syrup
Extra coconut for rolling balls after forming

I doubled the recipe!
They are consumed way too fast

I’ve only had my new black beauty
for two days
I have cooked a dinner
a poached eggs and now my Veg juice
It’s fun and easy!

Here I blend veggies up with a little water pour it through my rice strainer you could use a nut milk bag and drink!!
