Due to local flooding we will be closed from midday today ( Tues 23rd March) until Monday, 29th March. Anyone who was unable to attend their appointment this week will be contacted next week to reschedule.

Summer = sweaty feet?
If you suffer from sweaty feet, there are a number of things you can do. Avoid wearing synthetics. Wear leather shoes or sandals. Socks should be made from a high percentage of wool, cotton or bamboo, all natural fibres that let your feet breathe. Avoid stockings. There are also some antiperspirant products designed to reduce perspiration of the feet. Odour is caused by bacteria building up, so washing well once or twice daily will help.

Big toe correction in sandals?
