We'd like to wish everyone a wonderful Christmas and here's to a happy and safe 2026! 🎄🎅🥳

It's been a challenging year for us with the May flood having such an enormous impact on our clinic. But, as is the case from all disasters, so much good has come out of it. We would like to extend our heartful thanks to all the support we received during and after the disaster from the beautiful people of our town and especially to our neighbours K & J Meats, Hot N Tasty Bakery, Bruno's Pizzas, Anytime Fitness and Co-op Fitness Kempsey. Your support and concern for our well being and your continued patronage has helped to lift us back to where we are now!

All the amazing staff at Keystone Health are taking a well earned rest from the 24th December and will be back on board from the 5th January 2026! 🥰

🚨KEYSTONE HEALTH IS OPEN IN KEMPSEY🚨

We’re finally back open after a huge clean up, a fresh coat of paint, and a lot of love from our incredible team. It’s not completely back to normal just yet, but we’re here answering calls, booking appointments, and ready to help. A massive thank you to everyone for your patience and support while we got things back up and running.

There are so many people to thank individually, we’re leaving that for a community day and big post. Thanks to the staff and patients through this trying time.

We have clinic rooms started but gym and hub will open as soon as we can!

Good morning,

Our Kempsey clinic may be damaged, but our care for you hasn’t changed.

While we begin the big task of cleaning up and figuring out what comes next, please know you matter to us. We’re heartbroken by the impact this flood has had on so many, and we’re thinking of all of you who are also dealing with your own challenges right now.

We’re working behind the scenes to find ways we can continue to support you, whether that’s through remote options, temporary setups, or simply staying in touch.

We’ll be reaching out soon with more details. Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and the kindness many of you have already shown!

We decided to renovate the clinic 😆

All Kempsey appointments will need to be moved to SWR once we have safe access to get there for now.

Here’s a video I took for Brigitte, we have since taken out all the cabinetry as well. We will need a little bit of time to make the place s***k and span again!

We are devastated to see the photos of the CBD this morning and our hearts go out to all the businesses that have been impacted including ours. We hope to be able to get in soon to assess, clean up and reopen and that the clinic will run in SWR from next week.

Thank you to Gabe and our student Joe for being part of the Riding Develops Abilities training day for the RDA Kempsey-Macleay Centre. The team provided information on the benefits of equine therapy for both the participants and volunteers. 🐴

Overnight there was a prepare to evacuate Kempsey CBD notice if the conditions worsened.

The CBD hasn’t been evacuated and we are OPEN this morning….

However, your safety comes first….please don’t take any risks if you’re affected by flooding.
