Bowen Therapy is very gentle, relaxing and non-invasive, involving no manipulation, and is therefore ideal for everyone including children and the aged. This is how we explain Bowen Theary. It is good science found and acknowledged existence of fascia as a real physical structure only 15 years ago. We in Australia had access to this science in 1950's and have been practicing it. Any work with fascia is good, use it if you have access to it anywhere in the world.
