In light of R U OK? Day last week, we asked our team for some advice on what they do to boost their mood and maintain a positive state of mental health.

Different strategies work for different people, it’s all about finding what works for you. Developing healthy coping strategies to keep in your tool belt, such as movement, journaling, and getting outside, can make dealing with the stresses of everyday life that little bit easier.

And in the times when you can’t help yourself, it’s important to talk to those close to you about what’s on your mind.
