Tai Chi walking... It's all the hype on social media but most of it is AI generated and shows falsehoods about how to get that six-pack or lose weight relatively quickly.
Tai Chi walking, has amazing health benefits and following Dr. Lam's Tai Chi for Health programmes will guarantee you to have positive health outcomes and will be money well spent.
I may not have a six-pack (well, it's probably there, but I hide it well π), but I can speak from my own experience as a person living with arthritis of various forms, if I wouldn't do Tai Chi for Health, I'd probably wouldn't be as mobile, active and well as I am.
