Tai Chi walking... It's all the hype on social media but most of it is AI generated and shows falsehoods about how to get that six-pack or lose weight relatively quickly.
Tai Chi walking, has amazing health benefits and following Dr. Lam's Tai Chi for Health programmes will guarantee you to have positive health outcomes and will be money well spent.
I may not have a six-pack (well, it's probably there, but I hide it well πŸ˜‚), but I can speak from my own experience as a person living with arthritis of various forms, if I wouldn't do Tai Chi for Health, I'd probably wouldn't be as mobile, active and well as I am.
And for those who want to know, I have psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondyloarthritis, and fibromyalgia and of course osteo-arthritis.

I had a wonderful 2 days at Dr. Lam's In-depth of Yang 24 and In-depth of Tai Chi for Arthritis workshops in Toowoomba. I learn more and gain a deeper insight and respect for Tai Chi every time I attend a workshop.
It was also wonderful to meet up with old friends, make new ones and support some of my class regulars at the TCA workshop. Well done everyone, you were amazing 🀩.

I am living with osteo- and inflammatory (auto-immune) arthritis, but I am not suffering from it, thanks to Tai Chi for Health programmes.

Dr. Paul Lam is coming to Toowoomba in April, offering 3 one day workshops, starting with an In-depth of Yang 24 on Friday the 17th of April, followed by an In-depth of Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention on the 18th, and an Exploration of different Tai Chi styles (Chen, Yang, Sun) on the 19th.
I am looking forward to these workshops both as a participant and helper bee.
Although I won't be teaching Yang 24 (for now), I will be teaching the Tai Chi for Arthritis form which is based on Sun style Tai Chi, starting on the 15th of Jan at Glenore Grove Hall.

Once a year I head to Germany to visit family and last year I also had the opportunity to go to Zurich to attend Dr. Paul Lam's workshops, and ended up being one of the facilitators for the groundbreaking hybrid workshop format created out of neccessity.
