Therapy is a journey, not a destination!!

If you’re in therapy and feeling emotional, stuck, or even frustrated- know that it’s completely normal.

Growth isn’t always comfortable, but it’s worth it. Here are some things that are okay in therapy:

1. Crying or feeling overwhelmed
2. Not knowing what to say at times
3. Struggling to open up
4. Feeling nervous before a session
5. Feeling exhausted or confused afterward
6. Talking a lot or barely at all
7. Disagreeing with your therapistHealing takes time.

Be patient with yourself. Every session, every emotion, and every step forward matters.
