Hi Everyone,
If you are looking for a yoga and meditation practice to take into the spring, this is an online Kundalini yoga and Meditation course that you can do from the comfort of your own home.
The course provides a combination of Kundalini practices including breath work (pranayam), yogic movement, sacred sound (mantra), and meditation in 3 hourly live online classes each week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday mornings from 6-7.10am over the course of 4 weeks. Replays are available so that you can do the classes at times that suit your own personal schedule. We have people practicing with us from all different timezones around the world.
These practises will help:
- Strengthen and down regulate your nervous system.
- Decrease brain fog and improve clarity of mind.
- Decrease stress and fatigue and improve relaxation.
- Alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression
- Help you manage your cortisol levels and hypertension
- Revitalise your psychological resilience and well-being.
- Improve your overall health, flexibility and fitness.
