Hi Everyone,

As we come to the end of the year, sometimes the challenges of everyday life can leave us feeling a little bit tired, overwhelmed and exhausted. At other times it can leaves us feeling frazzled and stressed. If this is you, and you are wanting to give yourself the opportunity to recentre and reconnect within, then this 4 week Meditation and Mantra course might be the thing for you.

Mantra
We chant mantras, because they are vibrational formulas that alter the patterns of the mind and the chemistry of the brain. We live in a sea of energy, and energy vibrates. Changing our sound is the fastest way to change our mental and emotional state. Mantras can bring you a sense of peace and calm, and help to soothe and down regulate the nervous system so that you can navigate through the day more smoothly and with greater sense of lightness.

Meditation
We will also be engaging in a series of yogic meditations that are designed to take you on a deeper dive inside, and help you to feel reconnected, replenished and rejuvenated within. We also want to take you to higher states of clarity that comes from tuning into your own innate inner wisdom.

This Course Includes:

- Two 60-minute live sessions per week over a 4 week period - starting Thursday the 20th of November
- Live sessions will be on Thursday at 6.00am ACDT and Sundays at 8.00am ACDT.
- Replays are available for those can't make the live sessions, and can be used to do practices in the days between the live classes. -.
- Private insta group chat to connect with and receive support from fellow course participants.

Hi Everyone,

If you suffer from brain fog, confusion, lethargy, have trouble making up your mind and sticking to things, this yogic technique might be for you.

As a quick update at Revive, our beloved receptionist Tracy has decided to retire to spend more time with her beautiful grand kids. We would like to thank Tracy for going above and beyond for all our practitioners and clients during her time at Revive, and wish her all the very best in retirement.

As we close the book on an era and open the book to a new era,
the clinic is transitioning to an admin free model of operation.
We now have an online booking system in place for anyone wanting to make an appointment with any of our practitioners, available 24/7, and 7 days a week.

The reception phone line will still be operational, but it will be unmanned, so you can still leave voice messages, so that your practitioner can get back to you when they are available. We look forward to continuing to provide our valued clients the same high quality of care as always. Thankyou for coming along with us in this new chapter of the journey.

Hi Everyone,

If you are looking for a yoga and meditation practice to take into the spring, this is an online Kundalini yoga and Meditation course that you can do from the comfort of your own home.

The course provides a combination of Kundalini practices including breath work (pranayam), yogic movement, sacred sound (mantra), and meditation in 3 hourly live online classes each week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday mornings from 6-7.10am over the course of 4 weeks. Replays are available so that you can do the classes at times that suit your own personal schedule. We have people practicing with us from all different timezones around the world.

These practises will help:
- Strengthen and down regulate your nervous system.
- Decrease brain fog and improve clarity of mind.

Revive is excited to welcome Nancy Cheng to the clinic. As a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), Nancy specializes in creating a warm, safe, and comfortable space where clients can let go of their concerns and work together to address the challenges and struggles they face in their current life stage, moving towards a more peaceful and fulfilling self.

Nancy integrates client-centred counselling, CBT, Solution-focused counselling, Sandplay, and Psychodynamic approaches, tailoring the counselling process to each client’s individual needs. As an immigrant who came to Australia in her early adulthood, Nancy is particularly skilled in helping migrants and international students adapt to the local lifestyle while also honoring each person's unique identity and experiences.

Revive would like to welcome Louise Webster to the team!

Louise is a health care professional with over 18 years of experience in a variety of nursing and midwifery roles in hospital settings and more recently with clinical hypnotherapy. She has a passion for holistic health care & working with people in their journey to achieve their healthcare goals. A diverse range of knowledge & training is utilised to tailor therapy to suit each client. Louise has successfully worked with a range of clients of all ages.

Hypnotherapy is a style of therapy that can be applied to a great variety of issues. It can positively affect behaviours or symptoms both psychological and physical that are currently negatively impacting someone’s life.
