Here's a little challenge - pull up, hold your body weight and do some frog 🐸 legs 🦡 in the air. 25 reps here and that was more than enough!! (50 if you count the first take that chopped off my head 🀣🀣🀣). Upper body strength βœ”οΈ core strength βœ”οΈ coordination tick βœ”οΈ abductors tick βœ”οΈ.

Working on a strength session for my beautiful 🀩 clients this week. This is a great little combo to get your pecs burning πŸ”₯: 12 x flys, 12 x chest press, 12 x fly/ press combo - on an incline . And then rest. 3 sets in total.

Gabby building strength in her back and spine stabilising muscles, πŸ’ͺ🏻 while improving her posture, relieving upper back and shoulder tension. The seated πŸͺ‘ back row exercise is also a great preventative exercise - by strengthening the posterior chain, you can help prevent pain and injury - especially in the lower back.
