One of our amazing clients, a 48-year-old recreational runner, came to us with ongoing Achilles pain that flared every time she ran beyond 2–5km. She had tried rest without success and was feeling stuck and frustrated.
We completed a thorough assessment and developed a tailored rehab plan, combining targeted strengthening and shockwave therapy over 12 sessions.
The result? She just completed a 23km race in just over 2 hours—completely pain-free. 💥
