I’m smashing out 3,249 push-ups this month as part of The Push-Up Challenge to push for better mental health in Australia. This number represents the 3,249 people who died by su***de in 2022 (the most recent available data). Day 2: We all got through day 1 successfully, with Paul getting through 249 on the back of being disappointed with the blues performance, the big rig pushing out 100 of the best, and Dean getting a quick fire 30 in after forgetting the start date. Day 2 is off to a great start with Dean combining a 5k run with a decent 100 push-ups and Paul sitting on 100 as well. It’s been great to have something to push for each day, and I highly recommend everyone having a go at it as well, if not pushups, make it something you can achieve, squats, calf raises, or even just a simple walk. This year the and team, myself, the human wrecking ball , and Dean “I’ll arm wrestle anyone” McGregor are all participating in the push up challenge to raise funds and awareness for mental health. The goal is 3249 push ups over the next 24 days, and we are hoping to raise $500 to help those in need, through . Did you know?? Leisure Coast Podiatry is not just about providing the best of general foot care to our wonderful patients. We also have dedicated clinic times through for the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of all foot, ankle and leg pain and injuries, walking and running pain, and with a special focus on children’s foot problems. Our sports clinics are held conveniently after hours and on the weekends, making it easier to get to appointments outside of work and school hours.
We are also unique in that we have our own on-site orthotics laboratory. Synergy Orthotics was established over 15 years ago, and allows us to be in complete control of the design and manufacture of our own unique custom orthotics, giving you a better result, and faster.
