I’m so honoured to share that I’ve been named a Finalist for Spiritual Business of the Year at the Alibi Awards facilitated by the amazing Kylie King.

As the founder of the Spiritual Leaders Awards, the irony of being on the other side of the finalist list isn’t lost on me. This time, I get to walk in the shoes of those I usually celebrate… and wow, it’s a humbling experience.

I’m beyond grateful for this journey… for the highs, the lows, and all the lessons in between. They say overnight success takes 10 years… and let me tell you, that rings true.

After 10 years in clinical practice I am closing my books to new naturopathy 1:1 clients from the 30th of June.

I am being called to expand… and those who know me know I ALWAYS listen. Even when it’s uncomfortable and scary.

I have spent the last few years being guided by Spirit and I have so much proof now that when I listen I am protected that I can’t ignore the call.

If you are an existing client, for now nothing will change except accessibility. My hours will be reducing in clinic immediately. Until the end of the month you will still be able to book Thursday-Saturday. From the end of June my availability will be on Saturdays only for existing clients.

There is always more to come and there will be exciting announcements coming.

Well… a lot of you have noticed my weight loss which has gradually been happening but seems like all of a sudden when new photos come out!

To date I have lost over 35kg (not for the first time in my life) and I am going to tell you all how I did post surgical trauma, perimenopause and insulin resistant:

What’s the true cost of not investing in yourself?

1. Sometimes people think that investing in yourself requires grand gestures & huge sums of money.

2. But sometimes, it’s as simple as carving out time to learn, reflect & grow

3. Every little step compounds over time, creating a ripple effect of positive change

4. Whereas, what’s the cost of not investing in yourself? At best, you’ll stay the same when you know you’re capable of so much more. At worst, your health or wellbeing may decline.

5. Each day, I get up and choose me - for me. Not for my kids, not for my husband and not for my business.

For me.

Because I am worthy of that and so are you.

Honest question - does your workplace/business culture suck?

Integrating some spiritual practices into your work environment can shift the energy and transform how your team interacts + performs.
