DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND WE ARE INTRODUCING A 6th SWIM TRAINING TO OUR SCHEDULE.

Tuesday. 6am
Wednesday 3.30pm
Thursday. 6am and NEW 6.45am*
Friday. 3.30pm

* this is more speed, endurance and fitness based.

Whole Term only $120.00

Classes do include some land based training for agility, strength and endurance.
