What I share is about you being your greatest expert. But it is so far outside the mainstream and alternative systems that is is incomprehensible.
Doing less, being more, is what you learn with me.
What happens if you stop doing what you are doing to be strong, flexible, fit and comfortable?
To train to be strong, is to confirm you are weak, and the harder and more energetically you train, the more you confirm.
Now I am not talking short term strength or brilliance, and I am not questioning how spectacularly people can control and train their body, nor am I doubting the superhuman acts people can achieve in this state.
I am talking everyday living.
Doing less does not mean doing nothing.
You will need to spend time unravelling the doings that are generally subconscious, and have been caused by trauma, training, genetics or repetition.
But, as soon as you start on this path of unravelling, you become your True Potential, which becomes ever expanding.
This is a very disciplined path to choose, as it is not familiar to you, nor to the heavily marketed health and wellness industry.
So you have to want to be outside the norm.
You have to want to be Uniquely You, and want to be responsible for the power you are, holding this is scary.
You have to want to be strong enough to stay true to yourself, and not accept or seek energy draining choices for yourself, regardless of how high you get in the moment.
I am not talking drugs, I am talking about the internal response that comes from treating yourself like a camel or a slave (a literal comment made by a client about how she treats herself, and no she wasn't interested in stopping even though she was in chronic pain)
I want to stop glorification of achievements at the cost of health.
It is not impressive to me to choose to enter a race or competition that causes depression, disrupts body systems and depletes the body to the point of collapse or death.
