I’m down at the beach today, and I wanted to share a very simple somatic practice with you. We’re going to use the rhythm of the waves to find our own internal rhythm. 🕊️

The Practice: As you watch the waves in this video, we are going to silently "spell" the word P-E-A-C-E with our breath.

My Tip: Allow the vibration of each letter to move through your throat and thyroid gland. This isn't just about relaxation; it’s about:
✨ Glandular Balance: Harmonizing the thyroid and metabolism.
✨ Vagal Toning: Sending a signal of safety from your throat to your heart.
✨ Mind-Body Alignment: Using a focused anchor to stop the "mental chatter."

Let’s get real for a second—this past weekend was absolutely crazy. 🫠

If you’ve been feeling a sudden, intense urge to change everything in your life, you aren't alone. Between the Aries New Moon and a rare planetary alignment, the energy of "change" is at an all-time high.

I’ll share a personal secret: Even though I do this work every day, I’m not immune. This weekend, I was ready to pack up my business, stop seeing clients, and even sell my house! 🏠💨 Aries energy is all about the "I AM"—what do I want? What am I choosing?

Sometimes that energy can feel like a storm of upheaval. But after some deep breaths and a clarifying chat with a good friend, the dust settled. 🕊️

There is a vital relationship between responsibility and power. When they are in balance, we feel capable and authoritative. But when they are out of alignment, the consequences are serious. 🕊️

Think about a CEO. They have immense responsibility, but they also have the power, authority, and resources to meet those demands.

Now, imagine a child.

If you grew up feeling responsible for your parents’ happiness, your siblings’ safety, or the peace in your home, you took on a "CEO level" of responsibility—but with zero power to actually change the outcome.

That gap between responsibility and power is a breeding ground for:

Crushed Self-Esteem: Feeling like a failure because you couldn't "fix" things you were never meant to control.

Deep Unconscious Stress: A lifelong pattern of over-functioning and burnout.

Lost Identity: Forgetting how to just be without having to do.

Sometimes the deepest healing doesn't require complex strategies—it simply requires acknowledgment. 🤍

Today I want to share a beautiful self-healing prayer called Ho’oponopono. It consists of four simple statements that, when spoken to yourself, help heal wounds held deep within the subconscious and unconscious mind.

The four statements are:
🌿 I’m sorry.
🌿 Please forgive me.
🌿 Thank you.
🌿 I love you.

When we say these to our inner child, we are acknowledging those early moments where we felt unheard, unseen, or neglected. You aren't saying "I'm sorry" because it was your fault; you are saying it to acknowledge that your inner child is still holding that pain.

It is a way to witness your own wounding without judgment, letting your body and mind know that it is finally safe to let go.

Try saying these to yourself today. You might be surprised at the peace they bring. ✨

Most of us only breathe into the front of our chests. But your lungs actually wrap all the way around to your back. 🕊️

When you feel stressed, your "front-body" tends to tighten and guard. By consciously sending your breath into the back of your lungs—the space behind your heart—you signal to your nervous system that it is safe to let go.

In this video, I’m guiding you to explore that 360-degree expansion.
✨ The Sides: Expanding the ribcage wide.
✨ The Back: Filling the space you usually ignore.
✨ The Bottom: Resting the breath right on the diaphragm.

Take a moment to follow along. Notice how far your lungs can actually expand when you give them the space. Don't forget to thank them—they do this wonderful work for you every single day, completely unnoticed. 🤍

Did you know that 95% of your adult life is driven by programs installed in your brain before the age of 7? 🤯

I recently worked with a client who struggled with being very controlling. We traced it back to age 11, where she learned that if she could control her family situation, she could "save" her parents' marriage and feel safe.

Even if you can’t consciously remember your early years, those memories are stored in your subconscious and unconscious mind. At that age, our brains are in a highly receptive brainwave state, making us incredibly programmable.

These hidden patterns and fears are often what's dominating your behaviour today. Because your conscious mind has little connection to them, you can't always "think" your way out of them.

There is a powerful shift happening in the stars right now. 🪐✨

With a rare configuration of planets moving into Aries—the first sign of the zodiac—we are entering a massive season of new beginnings. Today, I pulled the "Spirit Guardian of Spring" from the Sacred Forest Oracle, and the message couldn't be clearer: Do not hesitate.

It’s okay to feel afraid. It’s okay to feel some chaos or turmoil—that’s often just the energy of activation waking up. But do not let upheaval disrupt your forward trajectory.

My advice to my clients is always this: Keep planning, but more importantly—take action. You can always adjust along the way, and you will make it work.
