Matthew Wrankmore is less than 2 weeks into his rehab after having right knee ACL reconstruction. He is already progressing well, riding the exercise bike smoothly, waking up his quadriceps muscles and regaining his range of motion. He is also walking reasonably smoothly without crutches 🎖️🏒

Here we have Berkeley Vale Touch Legend Gary Webb. He is on the comeback trail after a hip flexor injury. The senior mixed team needs webby at his best for state cup in early December. So we will carefully progress his rehab into more dynamic loading 🏉

Busy week treating players from Killarney District Soccer Club Here Lauren is working on the tight calf of Matt Gale and then loosening up Peter Preston’s lower back - both playing grand final tomorrow. Jett Gale has made a great recovery from his hamstring injury and is ready to play reserve grade semi on Sunday. Good luck men!

This Saturday The Entrance Tigers JRLFC are having their last home game! As a part of our support for the club, our Physio Pat Hart will be at the fields from 8:30 - 10:30. Here we have Ben Penfold, Centre-Back/Defender for Killarney District Soccer Club. Unfortunately, he badly injured his ankle playing basketball but have responded very quickly to his rehab. He is now looking at resuming training only 3 weeks after his injury! Well done Ben! 🥅⚽️

Here we have Czes Lewicki. He is a local celebrity: competing in the over 45s Killarney team Killarney District Soccer Club, President of the North Entrance Surf Club North Entrance Surf Club, teacher at St. Peter's Catholic College amongst lots of other roles. He has unluckily dislocated and fractured his right ankle but with his determined & positive mindset he is on the path to recovery already! ⚽️🏄‍♂️

Josh Rose, former Mariners player. Now busy playing in a Newcastle competition and coaching at the Rose Football Academy. Josh has started treatment for a right calf tear with Killarney Vale Physiotherapy. His treatment consists of dry needling, specific massage techniques, electro therapy and specific exercises to rehabilitate his calf and get him back on the field ⚽️🥅
