Matthew Wrankmore is less than 2 weeks into his rehab after having right knee ACL reconstruction. He is already progressing well, riding the exercise bike smoothly, waking up his quadriceps muscles and regaining his range of motion. He is also walking reasonably smoothly without crutches 🎖️🏒

Here we have Berkeley Vale Touch Legend Gary Webb. He is on the comeback trail after a hip flexor injury. The senior mixed team needs webby at his best for state cup in early December. So we will carefully progress his rehab into more dynamic loading 🏉

Busy week treating players from Killarney District Soccer Club Here Lauren is working on the tight calf of Matt Gale and then loosening up Peter Preston’s lower back - both playing grand final tomorrow. Jett Gale has made a great recovery from his hamstring injury and is ready to play reserve grade semi on Sunday. Good luck men!
