CLIENT love ..thank-you Gemma 💚💚💚

As a nurse working in healthcare for 15 years, I have struggled with constant back pain, shoulder pain and sciatic pain.
Over the years I saw doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors and myotherapists.
I was prescribed medications, exercise routines, massage and hot water therapies, but nothing provided long-term relief.
6 months ago I started Pilates with Kathleen and about 3 months in I began to notice how much my body had changed and how much stronger I had become.
Through Kath,s patience , calm guidance, good form & mindful movement , I no longer live with constant pain and I feel so much more confident in my body.

Gemma visits out studio 4/5 times a week 🙌
