💭 How many appointments will I need?

It depends! The number of treatments varies based on your condition, lifestyle, and recovery habits. Some people feel great after just a few sessions (2-5), while others with more persistent issues may benefit from ongoing care.

My role is to give you the tools and strategies to support your recovery, but your active participation is just as important. Together, we’ll create a plan that works for you—whether that’s short-term relief, long-term recovery, or occasional check-ins to keep you feeling your best.

Just like regular exercise or dental check-ups, seeing an osteo every now and then can help maintain progress and prevent future issues.

👋 Hey, I’m Emily!

For years, I’ve been in the fitness world—both as an endurance athlete and a PT—coaching people move better, get stronger, and push their limits. No matter your fitness journey—athlete or coach—one thing remains clear: injury is the most devastating barrier to progress.

I’ve seen firsthand how heartbreaking it is to be sidelined, whether it’s missing training, competitions, or the simple activities that bring joy. This is why I chose to take a deeper approach and shift into osteopathy.

Every injury has a story, every body is unique, and everyone deserves to do what they love. As an osteopath, I work with you to identify your barriers, create a personalised plan, and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to help you get back to what matters most.

I’m so excited to announce that starting the week of March 10th, my first day will be March 13th at 26 Sydney St, Kilmore, at Better Health and Co.

📅 Thursday – 6am until noon
📅 Friday – 6am until late

I’ll be offering early and late appointments to make it easier for you to get the care you need, when you need it!

Whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to prevent one, I’m here to help you move smarter, not harder. My approach is simple: Every body moves differently, every injury has a story, and every person deserves to do what they love.

It’s tough seeing people sidelined by injury—missing training, competitions, or the activities that bring them joy. Fitness isn’t just about pushing harder; it’s about moving smarter.
