Why do we get sick?
If you guessed βGermsβ you are incorrect. We are literally covered in trillions of germs both inside and out at all times regardless of being sick or healthy.
βHere are the top 5 reasons why we get sick:
1. Nutrient imbalance β the body requires adequate nutrients in their right forms to function properly, if the imbalance is ignored you will get dis-ease and become more prone to illness.
2. Toxins, poisons, chemicals and heavy metals β the body is constantly under attack with these harmful foreign substances in our food, water, air we breathe, clothing, furniture, cleaning products, personal care products, packaging and the list goes on. The body tries to expel them by mucus/phlegm, snot, diarrhoea, vomiting, skin rashes/eruptions, sweating (fever), coughing, sneezing and urination.
3. Chronic stress, fear and not being able to deal with negative emotions properly β this fatigues the body making you more susceptible to illness and dis-ease.
4. Excessive radiation and EMF exposure β this is made worse by nutrient imbalance, toxic burden and chronic stress / fear.
5. Nocebo effect β when you see someone else who is sick and believe you are going to be sick so you end up getting sick.
Everything the body does is designed to protect you and keep you alive. Stop trying to work against your body, instead work with it, listen to it, support it and help it do its job.
I understand it is much easier to believe you are just a victim and are helpless against these invisible germs, then to take responsibility for your own health.
