PART TIME / CASUAL ROLE - GUTSY GIRLS COACH

We’re hiring for our Gutsy Girls program and want to work with a motivated coach who is excited to help girls build confidence, resilience and a love of movement.

We’re looking for someone with experience in coaching gymnastics, dance, martial arts, or other community-based activities who wants to be part of a program focused on supporting girls to thrive in sport, leadership and other spaces where they are often underrepresented.

Our programs run all through the year to provide awesome consistency for your Kids. Rather than closing during School Holidays, we take time off on Public Holidays so our team can spend time with their loved ones.

🚨 WE’RE HIRING 🚨
Casual coaching, supervision & sales shifts available.
Love movement and helping kids take healthy risks? No experience required, we’ll train you and help you grow. Learn psychology & wellbeing science while you coach.
Work with our youngest participants (1-5 years) and lead our Gutsy Girls through the Risky Kids moves and mindsets.

You’ll need: WWCC (or ability to get one), be physically fit, 15+ for coaches, 18+ for supervisor roles (supervisors may need a driver’s licence) and be available for flexible shifts including weekends & school holidays.
