Hatha Yoga classes runs on Monday 6-7pm and Wednesday 6-7pm.

Baby and Me yoga classes are starting back for 2026 next Tuesday! If you’ve thought about getting into an exercise class but want to do it with your little one then this is the class for you.
Tuesday 2:00pm-3:00pm
Friday 10:30am-11:30am

At the beautiful upstairs studio at Emma's Babyswim in Kilsyth.

Bookings are essential so please contact the lovely staff at Emma’s and they will get you booked in for a session!

Japara Neighbourhood House Inc. has put out next terms lessons! Jump on their website to secure your place (book the Hatha yoga classes) and I will see you back on the mat in mid January! 🧘🏽

My very clever 13yo uploaded a yoga class to YouTube for me today so if you’d like to do a yoga class but cannot make it in person there’s an option now!

She’s currently working on a savanasa so that will be available tomorrow.

Loved getting to do yoga with my mini yogi at Genesis Health and Fitness Lilydale during the school holidays!

The classes there are going back to normal (just for adults!) now with my classes running on Monday 9:30am - 10:30am
Friday 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Sunday 10:00am - 11:00am
