This vibrant social group is great for developing language and motor skills, learning to follow directions, all while having an awesome time cooking up a storm.

GROUP #1: Ages 5-8, Tuesdays 4-5pm

GROUP #2: Ages 9-13, Tuesdays 4:30-5:30pm

Calm Kids — Connected Parents is a 5-week online course that's perfect for parents of toddlers, aged 3-6.

Starting in October, the course is led by experienced psychologists and occupational therapists, helping to support your child's emotional and social development.

The course covers essential skills including:
* Emotional regulation and behaviour
* Zones of Regulation at home
* Sensory needs and daily routine
* School readiness
