Mark and I have a chat about how Mark came to being an Acupuncturist, his love of martial arts, about how mark has adapted his practice in light of Covid-19 by introducing Acupressure virtual consultations.

We also talk about the benefits of acupressure in general and specifically about how beneficial acupressure can be during labour. We also touch on how it can be an effective pain relief tool - a tool that can even be used standing in the line at Tescos.
