A glimpse from our last Level 1 & 2 training ☁️
Here, we are practicing Flying - a foundational movement rooted in the Hawaiian philosophy of Ka’alele au (to fly like a bird).

It’s more than a movement practice. Flying teaches us how to move from our centre, to stay connected to rhythm, breath, and flow, so that when we place our hands on a body, we’re already in the dance. It’s the embodiment of presence, grace, and heart-led awareness and it all begins here.

This amazing woman beside me is Mette Sorensen, founder of Mette's Institute of Bodywork & Personal Development.
