Coast Care Inclusive Support Services are hiring casual Disability Support Workers for community access shifts across the Central Coast!

✅ Above-award pay + penalties (from $38.50/hr)
✅ Casual, flexible shifts
✅ Work close to home
✅ Must hold: NDISWC, WWCC, First Aid, CPR, and NDIS Orientation Module

Our compassionate team is dedicated to providing person centred support in a comfortable, welcoming environment. At Coast Care, we take pride in helping participants build independence, connect with their community, and enjoy meaningful everyday experiences.

We work closely with participants, families, and support coordinators to ensure every individual feels safe, empowered, and at home.
