Hello beautiful friends, cherished family, and dear customers,
You might’ve noticed I haven’t been on here much, so here’s a little update on where my time’s been going lately! ☺️
I have been enjoying a glorious experience of styling through full soul expression, matching my clothing to the essence of who I am and allowing more of me to come alive to engage in the world as my truest most authentic, expression of self.
I’ve been using the Kibbe Body Type system, along with Muscle Testing, and a Kinesiology scan chart I designed, to find the exact colours, shapes, shoes, outfits, and accessories that not only match the unforeseen truest parts of me, but activate and enhance the qualities that have more significantly been dormant.
One of these qualities has been to awaken my strength in power and beauty. The healing that occurred by putting on an outfit and allowing the full feeling of how I felt in it was enough to create the true quality of myself, and this attribute, to come forward.
Aligning with my soul essence in how that works for me has been exhilarating. I have been able to literally shift my experience of myself, my expression out in the world, by putting on a dress that hadn’t jumped out at me before. I drew it in at the waist with a belt and delighted in the turtleneck line, as it brought me into a clear steady “I mean business” state, I could feel the essence that truth come alive. I discovered the cuts that frame my collarbone welcomed my shoulders into view, how my posture felt incredible and that my body drank it in - grounding me, deepening my breath, and aligning the health of my body, effortlessly. It was as though I’d dressed in truth and had easier access to the real me.
