But most of us were taught the opposite - To push through, to override pain, to produce, even when our bodies need to pause.
But the Womb doesn’t operate that way. She contracts and releases, is attuned to the subtlities, listens first, then moves.
When we start living from that place, we begin to have access to our natural selves - we are connected to wisest guidance, we live life at a different pace because a different pace feels safe now and we begin to trust the timing of our own life - from which the quality of our lives are determined..
She is Earth - cyclical, fertile, wild, and wise.
A place where beginnings and endings coexist.
Where creation and destruction tango. She doesn’t rush.
She expands and contracts, sheds and renews — always in conversation with life itself.
So to live in tune with the womb is to live as nature does.
Moving with, not against.
