A 2-Hour Yin Yoga Immersion
Yin for Shoulders, Neck & Upper Spine
Yin Yoga is traditionally known for opening the lower body and spine—but when we bring focus to the neck, shoulders, and upper body, we unlock a whole new level of freedom, ease, and wellbeing.
In this special Yin Yoga immersion, we’ll work deeply through the wrists, arms, shoulders, and neck, while also incorporating classic Yin poses to bring balance and a full-body sense of release.
Why the Upper Body?
In today’s world, we carry an enormous amount of tension in the neck and shoulders. Hours spent at desks, on computers, or hunched over phones creates a cascade of stress throughout the upper body.
Over time, this tightness can lead to:
