One of the reasons I chose to relocate my business from town to my acreage was a deep knowing that so many of us are missing our connection with nature. We get caught in the constant rush, the hamster wheel of life, and forget how to simply be.
I wanted to create a space where there is no hurry — even after your session. A place where you can linger a little longer… sip a warm cup of tea, sit inside gazing out at the trees, or step outside and let birdsong and the surrounding landscape gently hold you.
It’s so important to slow down, to breathe, and to reconnect with yourself. And Mother Nature offers the most beautiful way to guide us back home 🌿✨

This morning as I headed up to the studio, the crazy weather had left its mark — a big branch had come down and blocked the path. For a moment I stopped, took it in, and realised how perfectly it mirrored life.
Obstacles will always appear when we least expect them, often right when we’re moving forward with intention. They’re not there to stop us, but to remind us to pause, reassess, and find another way through.
Life is full of twists, turns, and fallen branches… we just have to trust ourselves enough to navigate around them.” 🌿✨

🐺 A little about me, and a lot about why this space exists

I’m Alisha, the heart behind The Enchanted Wolf.
Mum to two adult boys, 4 fur babies and married to the love of my life.

This space didn’t come from a business plan. It came from life — from a lot of loss, long-term health challenges, where at time I physically couldn’t walk, was in and out of hospitals and seasons where simply getting through the day took everything I had. From a time when I realised I knew who I was to everyone else, a mother, wife, friend but not who I was to myself. I lost Me
I’ve spent the last 20+ years becoming the woman I am today — travelling for training, learning, unlearning, and slowly letting go of what society said I should be in order to honour what felt true for me.
I know what it feels like to carry a lot quietly. To keep going when you’re exhausted. To feel like you’ve disappeared somewhere along the way.
That’s why I created a place that feels safe and human — not clinical, not rushed, not forced. A place where you don’t have to explain yourself, hold it together, or be anything other than who you are.
There’s no pressure here to fix or perform. Some days there are tears, some days there are laughs and most days there are hugs. Sometimes the session changes direction. That’s okay.
If you walk through my door, you’ll be met with care, understanding, and genuine presence.

When creating the studio, it was really important to me to support local wherever I could and to use pieces that already held a story, rather than buying everything new.
Along this journey I’ve come across some truly amazing local businesses and humans who deserve a big shout-out for their talent, kindness and support.
Supporting local isn’t just about business — it’s about community, energy and intention ✨

Some of my gorgeous pieces come from Blush Bali at Yippin Creek, if you haven’t been out there make sure you take a drive.

The timber vanities I bought a slab from Timber Corner also out at Yippin creek and the tiler made the vanity.

All of my paint came from Bristol Paint Shop Port Macquarie, Luke and the team were amazing

I used James from Zips Plumbing, he showed up on time, I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.
