π bodies still need it for a long time.
Here are some stretching exercises for massage therapists.
β€οΈ Especially for "traditional Thai massage," which requires a lot of strength and control, constantly shifting weight.
β
Stretching before and after work
helps both "prevent injuries" (before massage)
and "recover" (after massage) effectively.
πΈ Stretches for massage therapists:
--Stretch before and after massage, or stretch before starting work and again after finishing work to prepare and recover.
--Stretch until you feel "just the right tension," not sore jaws, without forcing it and not exceeding the normal range of motion of the joints.
--Address previous stretches 10-15; check the same stretch 2-3 times to allow the muscles to gradually relax.
--Slow recovery is the key; don't hold your breath because of extreme tension.
--Perform stretching exercises without distortion.
--Focus on heavy muscles such as the neck, shoulders, wrists, back, and legs.
--Stretch daily. Better than intense stretching, in this regard π
