Do you need a Behaviour Support Practitioner?
FABIC has recently expanded into a purpose built premises and with that, we have also expanded our clinical team, and in particular our Behaviour Support Practitioner team.
FABIC now has 12 NDIS approved Behaviour Support Practitioners approved to deliver services under the category of 'IMPROVED RELATIONSHIPS'
All Behaviour Support Practitioners work alongside our existing multidisciplinary team of Behaviour Specialists, Psychologist, Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Behaviour Counsellor and Behaviour Educator, all which are supervised by our senior Behaviour Specialist and FABIC's director Tanya Curtis.
We offer our services via our clinics, Telehealth (online) and/or onsite.
The locations* we cover in person within South East QLD include:
Gold Coast
Brisbane
Flagstone
Logan
Kingaroy
North & South Burnett
*Or any surrounding area within reasonable driving distance from the above locations

POINT OF ACTION
If you are looking to engage a Behaviour Support Practitioner at FABIC
We would love to hear from you!
Your first steps are:
1. Complete an initial service enquiry via this link or the orange button below titled 'initial service enquiry'
2. FABIC Administration will review the initial service enquiry form and contact you regarding the next step of completing the more detailed FABIC Intake Form. FABIC admin team can either send this to you or complete it with you over the phone.
3. Once both (1) the initial service enquiry form and (2) the FABIC Intake Form are completed, FABIC's Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner will allocate the most appropriate Behaviour Support Practitioner to work with the participant and their support team.
4. FABIC admin team will then contact you to arrange the first initial interview, typically with the legal guardian and your allocated Behaviour Support Practitioner. This can be conducted via Telehealth or in person.
