If you’re brand new to Pilates or the reformer, this is the ideal place to start. You’ll receive a full introduction to the machine—how it works, how to adjust your springs, and how to activate your core with proper breathing.
We’ll guide you through essential movements you’ll use in every session, helping you build confidence, understanding, and ease.
By the end, you’ll feel prepared, supported, and ready to step into any class with complete confidence.
✨ Arrive 5–10 minutes early
We’ll give you a quick tour, help you get set up, and answer any questions you may still have.
✨ Grip socks are required
They help keep you stable and safe. Yes, we have them available for purchase in studio.
✨ Your instructor has you covered
We guide you through everything step-by-step. No experience is needed.
✨ Go at your own pace
Reformer meets you exactly where you’re at. Take breaks when you need to and listen to your body.
