Emerge Supports is looking for a Support Coordinator and/or Psychosocial Recovery Coach!
Ideally, we would like someone with experience in NDIS processes, human services practice, and/or mental health services. A qualification is not essential, but would be a great asset. Being familiar with the Toowoomba disability sector would also be helpful.
We are looking for "that special someone" to join our team in Toowoomba.
We are a flexible, innovative organisation with a commitment to building relationships with participants and their networks.
