Easing back into exercise with minimal to no structure isn’t the same as rebuilding solid foundations after surgery through phased progression.
The onset of symptoms doesn’t automatically mean exercise is a stop sign either. More often than not, it’s simply your body telling you it needs a different approach with MORE structure and further support rebuilding strength, pressure management strategies , and your symptom threshold.
