Hi everyone 🤗

Our family has made the big move to Long Jetty on the Central Coast.

My last days practicing from Kings Langley will be:

- Wednesday the 29/11
- Wednesday the 6/12
- Wednesday the 13/12

I will have a polaroid camera running to get a keepsake photo with everybody.

These will go into a frame for me to look back on – to cherish all of the beautiful families I have helped.

If you would like to leave me a final farewell message, I’ve got some large puzzle pieces for everyone to write on. I will put them all together and frame the complete puzzle with the photo collage.

A way to take you all with me ❤️

Welcome Maddie!

Dr. Maddison Lick (Chiropractor) will be taking care of Precision Chiropractic Care while Bec is off. Just like Bec, Maddie is a Gonstead Chiropractor with a special interest in pregnancy and pediatrics.
Outside of the clinic you’ll find her studying languages or playing the drums. With six sisters, she’s a big family person. She grew up in the Southern highlands and spends many weekends down there each year visiting family and friends.

Maddie will be open for consults:
-Tuesdays 3-6pm
-Fridays 3-6pm

Bec will be off from the 22nd October until the 7th November.

A smooth 12 hour labour with water birth delivery. Born 4.18kg (9lbs3oz). One happy healthy baby!!

I can’t wait to see you all again! I will be returning to treat on the 19th October at reduced hours. Until then please enjoy the healing hands of Dr. Kiara Karayannis. I hope you are all keeping fit and healthy 🏃‍♀️

Dr. Bec has done extensive additional training in the fields of pre-natal, post-natal and pediatric Chiropractic

So what would Dr. Bec look for in your child?
🔹Fixated spinal segments
🔹Cranial bone fixations/misalignments
🔹Dural tension (this is tension around the spinal cord)
🔹Tight muscles
🔹Poor posture

If a child is in pain they could present with many symptoms such as irritability or excessive crying.

But is it safe?? —> Yes!
The 2019 Safer Care Victoria Review reported there has never been a serious adverse event reported in the literature or in insurance claims, involving the care of a child by a Chiropractor. This is despite the fact that there have been an estimated 12-15 million visits by children to Chiropractors in the last 20years.
The evidence of harm is low because Chiropractors modify their techniques to suit the age and developmental stage of the child - a very gentle touch is applied! The same review found that 98% of parents reported Chiropractic care helped their child. The evidence tells us Chiropractic care is very effective for treating musculoskeletal conditions such as back or neck pain.
