We show up not because we have it all together, but because we’re learning to breathe through it together.
Some days we feel strong, others tender, but every time we step on the mat we are reminded that we belong.

Connection is the thread that weaves us together — each class, each smile, each moment of encouragement builds something so much greater than ourselves. I feel deeply held, inspired, and uplifted by the strength, wisdom, and heart of this teaching family.

Every practice is a journey inward. The breath steadies, the body softens, and the mind clears. To carry this sacred space beyond the mat, we now share complimentary Mayde Tea as a closing ritual. ✨

🌸 Serenity – a gentle blend of chamomile, lavender, rose, and passionflower, offering calm to the nervous system and a return to inner stillness.
🌱 Digest – peppermint, fennel, licorice root, and calendula to ease the belly and support prana’s natural flow.

In yoga, we honour samyama ♥️integration. Tea becomes a practice in itself: a chance to sip, and connect. With yourself, with each other, with the quiet presence that lingers after movement.

Julia’s journey began as a dancer and grew into a deep love for yoga, Pilates, and embodiment practices. The Yogic Link Between Surf and Practice

Yoga and surfing share a natural synergy. Both invite presence, breath, body, and awareness tuned to the moment. Surfers often describe merging with ocean energy. Yoga cultivates the same centered state, steady even in choppy waters.

1. Balance and Stability
On the board, balance shifts in an instant. Yoga sharpens proprioception, your inner sense of position, through poses like Tree or Warrior III, grounding you with subtle steadiness.

2. Flexibility and Injury Prevention
Surfing taxes shoulders, hips, and hamstrings. Yoga gently opens these areas, releasing tension and reducing strain. Hip openers and shoulder stretches restore ease and freedom of movement.

3. Strength and Core Resilience
