If you knew only one breathwork tool, let it be this one to calm the mind and relieve stress.
The vibrations created by Bhramari Pranayama, or otherwise called āHumming Bee Breatheā, feel like a soothing, warm hug to the nervous system.
This breathwork practice will reduce anxiety whilst enhancing mental clarity.
How to practice:
1. Sit comfortably, eyes closed, focussing on your breath
2. Use Shanmukhi Mudra: thumbs closing ears, fingers gently covering eyes, nose and mouth
3. Breath in, creating a soft snoring sound
4. Exhale with a gentle hum, visualising the sound flowing through your Third Eye Chakra
Repeat 6-8 times and feel the shift within
