This September we are partnering up with the Scrub Up September Foundation powered by the to help locals in critical need.

Everyday children, adults, and families face life-changing moments in hospital. Moments they never saw coming. For some, like three-year old Sam, it can mean the fight of their life.

You can help to support children like Sam through purchasing a heart token at one of our participating Chempro Chemists.

These hearts help to provide vital medical equipment and critical services for our local hospitals - helping to save lives, improve patient outcomes and ensure our community has access to the best possible health care when its needed most.

📱 Take advantage of tech by using apps or other digital tools to help track your habit
💊 Speak to your physician if it's advisable for you to take non-nicotine medication
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Get support from your friends and family, especially if they still partake of the habit
🏥 Seek help from your local community pharmacy by asking about smoking cessation programs or products. They may also advise you on what method may work best given your lifestyle
📞 Speak to an agent from the Queensland Quitline by calling (13 78 48). All calls are free and confidential, and can give you advice and information on quitting
